COME AS YOU ARE
RETURN
TWICE
For some of you, coming to church is easy. You have done it most of your life. For others of you, this might be your first time considering coming into a church building. You may be a little nervous about being in a crowd of people doing things you are not used to doing. That's to be expected. Just come be part of the experience.
Every Sunday at Calvary is a little different. We hope that you will not just visit one time and make up your mind about us. Come three Sundays to worship with us. This will give you the chance to get to know us, find out what makes us unique, and decide if this is the kind of church you want to be part of on a regular basis.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
When you arrive on the Calvary campus, you will discover something unique. Two different and distinct churches use the facilities at 531 Haywood Road. On your first visit with us, you may park anywhere on the campus regardless of which church you are attending. Calvary's guests will find "Guest Parking" spots in the small lot off Haywood Road at the entrance to our welcome center. Follow the "Guest Parking" signs or park in any available spot that you wish! Handicap parking is available in the lot off Baker Street.
WHERE SHOULD I ENTER?
Calvary meets in the Sanctuary while our partner church meets in the Candler Center. The Sanctuary faces Haywood Road. You can access the Sanctuary from the welcome center visible from Haywood Road. Or, you can access the Sanctuary from the large parking lot in the rear of the church by walking past the Candler Center toward the "Calvary Welcome Center" following the signs. Someone from Calvary will be in our welcome center in the main building to greet you.
WHAT ABOUT MY CHILDREN?
We provide nursery and learning acitivites for infants and preschoolers during worship in H3 off The Hub. We invite children ages kindergarden and older to remain with their parents or guardians in "big worship" until the time for the pastor's message. At that time, children 1st through 5th grade are invited to "Children's Worship" in Room H4.
